  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • During peak periods, promotions, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 working days from the date your order is dispatched.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, and external factors beyond our control.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before payment is completed.

  • Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship within South Africa.

  • For international orders, please contact us directly before placing an order.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Delays & Exceptions

Moist Surf Wear is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

  • Public holidays or events outside our control

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll assist where possible.

7. Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, additional delivery fees may apply.

8. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged packaging or item
